Oregon Car Accidents

Fatal crashes happen on our state’s roadways on a daily basis. Some of the most serious and deadly accidents involve two vehicles colliding head-on with one another. A head-on car accident usually takes place at a high speed. The driver that is hit normally has little time to make any evasive maneuvers or to take any action to avoid the accident. The cause of a head-on collision must be carefully investigated. In many cases, these types of accidents occur because of speed, impairment or distraction.

If you have lost a loved one to a crash on Oregon’s roadways, you should be aware of your legal rights. As the family member of a fatal accident victim, you could be entitled to file a wrongful death claim against the other driver. These claims are regularly filed but they should only be handled by an attorney who is experienced in this area due to the fact that they are complex and involve detailed legal issues. During this time, your focus should properly be on your healing and your family.

Here at Johnson & Taylor, we know what you are going through during this difficult time. Our team has the skills and experienced that are needed to help you get the compensation that you deserve. While we cannot change the fact that the accident happened, we can help you to offset some of the unexpected expenses that you are now facing. The compensation that you receive can help you get back on your feet financially following a sudden tragedy.

Our team is here and ready to talk to you at any time. We always provide a free consultation and case evaluation for all potential and prospective clients. When we meet to discuss your case, our attorneys will carefully examine the facts and advise you on the most appropriate course of action.
