Aloha, OR — Passenger of Jeep Killed in Rollover Accident at Blanton St and 193rd Ave

Aloha, OR (July 25) — A rollover crash involving a single Jeep was reported in Aloha on Saturday, July 23rd, at about 9:30 pm by the Washington County Sheriff’s Office. The accident occurred near Blanton St and 193rd Ave.

According to authorities, a Jeep was being driven on private property during a party at a home. The Jeep, which had been modified to be used off-road, rolled over, ejecting and critically injuring 34-year-old Sean Hogan. Hogan would later be pronounced dead.

The operator of the Jeep was transported to an area hospital and is expected to be okay. The investigation is still in its early stages and it is currently unknown what caused the crash.

Our thoughts are with the injured victims. We hope for their full recovery.

Single Vehicle Accidents in Oregon

No one is immune to accidents. Thankfully, Oregon residents are in one of the top states for their safety ranking, but this does not change statistics: over 31,000 people are injured per year in multi-car accidents. This includes victims who suffer injuries as a result of an accident that they did not cause. Irresponsible and reckless drivers cause countless accidents each year- something that any driver can be a part of.

Injuries in car accidents most often occur when two or more vehicles are involved, but single-vehicle crashes can be just as devastating. An injury can be not only painful but expensive as well. It’s important to remember that an injured person may not be able to work, which can lead to problems with their finances. Not only that, but their loved ones – who may have to act as a caretaker in some cases – may also suffer from emotional distress.

Car accidents can be caused by many different reasons. Speeding, driving under the influence, or distracted driving are just some of the most common causes of car accidents. Even if you were partially liable, you may still be entitled to compensation.

Oregon is a state in the U.S. that has some of the most accommodating laws for auto accidents and injury claims. If you were injured in an accident that wasn’t your fault or that you are only partially at fault for, you might be eligible to apply for a compensation claim. An experienced accident lawyer can provide advice and support on what to do if this happens.

Even if you are in a car accident, or have lost a loved one, there is still hope. We believe that every victim has a path forward. There are still plenty of growth opportunities and we believe that you should never give up. A good first step is contacting a lawyer to help you get your financial grounding back in order.
