Lincoln City, OR (August, 16) — About two days ago, Sunday, August 14th, at approximately 10:55 am, emergency services were called to Highway 101 and S Drift Creek Road in response to a reported pedestrian accident.

When authorities responded, the pedestrian was found in a ditch. A medical helicopter was called and the pedestrian was airlifted to a local area hospital.

Police are still investigating this incident and as of now, the current state of the victim’s injuries is unknown.
