In fact, thousands of innocent motorists will be injured when they are involved in a crash with a negligent driver. Some types of negligent driving behavior include reckless driving, speeding, driving while impaired, and texting while driving. Each crash must be carefully investigated by authorities in order to determine which driver should be held responsible.
