Portland, OR (July 7, 2022) — According to reports from authorities, a crash with injuries occurred around 7:01 a.m. this morning, on SE Cesar Chavez at Knapp St.
Emergency crews were promptly dispatched to the scene of the accident where they then administered medical care for all the parties involved.
