Portland, OR — Multi-Vehicle Collision on OR 99 W Causes Serious Injuries

Portland, OR (June 24, 2002) — A crash was reported yesterday afternoon on OR 99 W north of McDonald which temporarily blocked all lanes of traffic. 

According to witnesses, the crash involved injuries to at least one person. Multiple agencies were at the scene, including several rescue vehicles. At this time, there is no word on what caused the collision to occur. There is also no word on the severity of the injuries that were sustained in the accident. The crash caused traffic delays in the area while authorities worked at the scene. Drivers were asked to find alternate routes of travel and to avoid the area if possible. The identities of those involved were not immediately released.
