Portland, OR (July 28) — According to reports from authorities, a hit-and-run crash occurred at approximately 8:45 a.m. this morning, Thursday, July 28th. The accident took place at NB I-5 Fwy SB and Marquam Brg.
Emergency crews were promptly dispatched to the scene of the accident where they then administered medical care for all the parties involved.
