Oregon Truck Accidents
According to statistics maintained by the Oregon Department of Transportation, there was a total of 2,384 truck accidents in 2019. While there are no definitive statistics on how many injuries resulted from these crashes, an Oregon truck accident is often a devastating event for victims and their families. Crashes involving large commercial vehicles carry a much greater risk of serious harm than accidents involving passenger vehicles and other smaller automobiles. To make matters worse, these crashes typically occur on highways where large trucks are traveling at high speeds, which increases the force of the crash.
An Oregon truck accident often presents complicated legal issues. Victims and their family members want to seek justice after their loved one has been injured or killed in a truck accident. Due to the complex nature of these matters, it is important to have the services of a trusted attorney by your side.
