Lindsay was born and raised in southern New Mexico where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and another in Psychology. She moved to Oregon in 2014 to attend law school and fell in love with the beautiful scenery.
Lindsay began her legal career as a prosecutor with a District Attorney’s Office. Prior to joining our firm, she gained experience with both Juvenile Dependency and Delinquency Law, as well as Adult Criminal Law.
Her practice now focuses on family law including divorce, paternity, custody, child support, and other related topics. Lindsay recognizes that the situations of each of her clients vary and requires a unique approach to their specific needs. Her prior experience allows her to bring a unique skill set and knowledge to high conflict divorce or custody cases where DHS or pending charges are factors to be considered.
She is understanding that divorce or custody cases can be a stressful and emotional time for the individuals involved. Whatever your family circumstances may be, she will assist you in understanding your options to help facilitate how you would like to proceed in your case.
