Single Vehicle Accidents in Oregon

Accidents can happen to anyone, anywhere, at just about any time. Luckily for Oregonians, the state of Oregon is among one of the most accommodating states for auto accident victims.

Oregon sees approximately 31,000 people injured in auto accidents every year. What is unfortunate about this statistic is that many of those accidents were caused by circumstances outside the victim’s control.

Irresponsible and reckless drivers cause many auto accidents in the state of Oregon. Some of the most common causes of reckless driving include distracted driving, driving under the influence, and speeding. The silver lining of all of this is that consulting with an experienced Oregon auto accident lawyer can help gain victims of these types of accidents financial compensation for their injuries.

Dealing with injuries involves more than just coping with whatever physical pain it may cause. Injuries are also known to be expensive, not only when it comes to medical bills, but also because an injury can cause one to miss work while they take time to recover.

Serious injuries can cause a chain reaction in the household that affects the victim’s loved ones who may suffer extra stress and emotional distress due to the financial pressure and seeing their loved one go through a tough time.
